Shipping costs depend on the destination country, weight and shipping method. The costs that apply to your order are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Deliveries within Germany
- Free shipping on orders from €50 (standard shipping with tracking) – applies exclusively to deliveries within Germany
- Standard letter: €0.95
- Compact letter: €1.10
- Large letter: €1.80
- Parcel up to 2 kg (without tracking): €4.19
- Parcel up to 2 kg (with tracking): €6.19
- Parcel up to 5 kg: €7.69
Delivery time: usually 3–5 working days after receipt of payment.
Deliveries to EU countries
We deliver to all countries of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
- International shipping: €14.49 (with tracking)
Delivery time: approx. 7–14 working days. Free shipping from €50 does not apply to EU countries.
Deliveries to the USA
- Standard shipping (DHL Parcel): USD 26.49 for orders up to USD 85
- DHL Express: USD 67.10 for orders from USD 85
Delivery time: approx. 14–21 working days, depending on customs clearance. Customs duties and import charges are included in the price: we ship with DHL PDDP (Postal Delivered Duty Paid) and pay the customs duties before shipping. You will not incur any additional costs on delivery.
