🇩🇪 Free Shipping within Germany
We offer free shipping on all orders over €50 within Germany. For orders below €50, a flat shipping fee applies and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
🇪🇺 Shipping within Europe (EU)
We currently ship to Germany and selected EU countries. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Please note: We currently do not ship outside of the European Union. If you are located outside the EU, please contact us at beautyway073@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
📦 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
🔍 Track Your Order — Important Note
We ship with DHL Germany. Please note: order tracking is only available if you selected the insured shipping option with tracking number at checkout. If you chose standard shipping without tracking, we are unfortunately unable to provide a tracking number for your package.
If you selected tracked & insured shipping, you can track your package directly on DHL once you receive your shipping confirmation email:
